HeroMe, LLC recently launched a pilot program with Children’s Home Society of Florida (CHS) in Jacksonville to incorporate HeroMe Action Figures into therapeutic settings.

Using 15 Action Figures donated by HeroMe, CHS therapists are implementing therapeutic techniques for pilot program participants. While initial results are pending, plans are being prepared to continue the program on a larger scale.

“We are excited to partner with CHS in their therapy program,” said Josh Bryan, president and CEO of HeroMe, LLC. We’ve heard anecdotally from parents that HeroMe has benefited their children in play and social behaviors, and now we’re looking forward to tracking the impact of intentionally using the HeroMe Action Figures to promote positive behaviors and therapeutic results with kids.”

CHS offers counseling services to more than 280 children in the Jacksonville community. With a focus on comprehensive trauma informed practices, CHS therapists are always searching for new ways to offer child specific care and age-appropriate tools during sessions.
