Encouraging teens to find their purpose

This evidence-based youth development program build teens’ self-esteem and encourages healthy decision-making to improve students’ educational success, life and leadership skills, and behaviors and relationships.  The program helps teens develop healthy behaviors and life skills, while giving them a sense of purpose.

Do you struggle with finding a sense of purpose or have a lack of self-esteem?

If either of these situations apply to you or someone you know, we offer a program that you can participate in – the Wyman’s Teen Outreach Program.

During this program, we will work together to develop healthy behaviors and relationships and connect you with tools to help you make positive decisions and improve your self-confidence.

Who Qualifies?

  • Middle and High School Teens in Palm Beach County or any male or female youth in grades 6 through 12 are eligible.

What to expect?

  • During your program time, you will learn and experience the following:
    • How to develop healthy behaviors and relationships
    • Begin to understand the importance of positive decision-making
    • Gain life and leadership skills
    • High-quality facilitation by caring, responsive and knowledgeable TOP staff, who build strong, supportive relationships with teens, and create engaging and empowering “TOP Club” experiences.
    • At least 25 weekly peer group meetings over 32 weeks
    • At least 12 lessons of TOP curriculum provided by facilitators, who tailor the content to the teens’ needs and interests
    • At least 20 hours of meaningful community service learning, which includes planning, action and reflection
