Street Solutions Street Outreach team provides basic needs and continued support to homeless and runaway youth ages 14-21.

Who Qualifies?

Youth and young adults ages 14 to 22 who have run away from home and/or are homeless.

What to expect:

When you work with the CHS Street Solutions team, our team members will work with you to help ensure your safety and self-sufficiency, help build permanent connections with caring adults and, if you are homeless, help you make a successful transition to self-sufficient living.

With the support of Street Solutions, you’ll receive assistance with:

Housing/Access to shelter
Transitional living houses (M-Power House Program)
Local resources and referrals for additional services
Clothing, food, hygiene items
Educational meetings
Life skills training

Hours of Operation & Contact Information:

Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Call (850)266-2700. Counselors are also available on call.
