South Woods Elementary, A Community Partnership School is one of CHS’ most recent additions. The model brings together high-quality academics, health care, counseling, support, mentoring and more—all where students and their families are comfortable: in their own school.

Core partnerships include St. Johns County School District, Children’s Home Society of Florida, Flagler Hospital and St. Johns River State College.

Our goals:

  • Higher community involvement
  • Increased academic outcomes for students
  • Safer environments
  • opportunities for residents
