GFWC President’s Project: Hacienda Girls’ Ranch Legacy Fund

Providing hope and opportunities for girls who’ve experienced abuse or neglect

Why Hacienda?

Because innocence has been stolen. Abuse, human trafficking and violence have ripped away childhoods. Hacienda is their safe place, their path toward healing, peace, hope and potential.

It’s a family for girls who’ve never known acceptance.

It’s guidance, encouragement and preparation.

It’s tutoring, counseling and workforce development.

Hacienda is hope.

GFWC raised and contributed funds to establish Hacienda Girls Ranch in the 1970s and ’80s — it’s the only statewide initiative for GFWC.
