What is S.T.E.P.S?
S.T.E.P.S. stands for Strengthening Ties and Empowering Parents. We work with families to help parents provide safe, healthy homes for their kids.
How does it work?
We meet with families to understand their strengths and challenges so we can help them become stable and stron
g. We connect them with counseling, parenting support services and other local services that can best meet their needs.
For families struggling to make ends meet, we can also make referrals for limited financial assistance, transportation needs, food and clothing.
Who can receive this service?
Families living in Duval and Nassau counties.
