To break the generational cycle of child abuse, individuals must have the skills necessary to obtain self-sufficiency. Youth in the Transition Center will be connected with the Workforce Development Board of the Treasure Coast for placement in the Work Certified Program and the Passport Program. The One Stop Career Center will provide employment counseling, and youth will be connected to Indian River Community College and other institutions of higher learning for post-secondary education.
