Southwest Division Information

The Southwest Division serves the residents of Lee, Charlotte, Collier, Hendry and Glades Counties. We have developed a focus on prevention and intervention to help break the tragic cycle of abuse and neglect for more children.

All of our programs remain consistent with the mission of CHS by providing services to vulnerable populations in the following program areas:

• Adoption Services: domestic and international home study reports, post-placement visits, and pre-adoptive foster care
• Pregnancy Counseling for people experiencing an unplanned pregnancy
• Support Coordination to people with developmental disabilities 
• Healthy Families Lee and Collier
• Independent Living services to foster teens
• Safe Sleep Education/Cribs for Kids Program
• Therapeutic Behavioral Overlay Services for children
• Early Learning Services (Collier County)
