CHS elects new officers for advisory board

Daytona Beach, Fla., October 27, 2005 – Children’s Home Society of Florida – North Coastal Division -- is pleased to announce the election of the following Advisory Board officers: Wes Dunn, Wachovia Securities, will serve as Chair; Elizabeth Blackburn, Revis, Elton & Blackburn PA, will serve as First Vice Chair, and Matt Greeson, Volusia County Manager’s Office, will serve as Second Vice Chair.
Other newly elected board members include: Keith Broll, Rice & Rose; Tina Buck, Sun Coast Radiology; Shawn Goepfert, Ideal Realty; David James, Aircraft Service International Group; Randy Ross, Port Orange/ South Daytona Chamber of Commerce; Rose Ann Tornatore, Wholesale Lighting; and Deborah Wilhite, Americrown.
Margaret Daugherty; Jennifer Desmond, SunTrust Banks; Susan Long, Rawl’s Veterinary Hospital; Sandra Seide; and Steve Siebert are the remaining members who will continue to serve on the board.
Rhoda Johnson, Hayward Brown, is the president of the Children’s Home Society of Florida’s Flagler Auxiliary.
Children’s Home Society of Florida (CHS), Florida’s oldest and largest, not-for-profit, child welfare organization, offers adoption, foster care, child abuse and neglect prevention, family and individual counseling, case management, clinical services, supervised visitation, emergency shelter, and residential group homes for abused, abandoned, and neglected children and at-risk families in Volusia and Flagler Counties.
