Adoption
Places children in loving forever homes through traditional, international and special needs adoption services.
Adult Assessments
Determines if adults involved in the case require further assessment and if recommendations for treatments or interventions are necessary.
Anger Management
Six-session anger management program designed to help people understand what causes their anger and the problems that can result if they are unable to control it. Also helps them learn ways to manage and express their anger.
Children's Mental Health
Offers counseling services for Medicaid-eligible children ages of 4 to 18. Services are provided in the home and at school; if necessary, family therapy may be part of the plan.
Clair's House
Addresses the foster care crisis in our community by providing a residential home for 12 children ages 6 to 12 who have been removed from their own homes.
Common Sense Parenting Class
Six-session parenting program that provides parents with practical and effective techniques to address their children's behavior. Girls and Boys Town's Common Sense Parenting, a research-driven, skill-based training model, teaches parents skills to help them encourage their children's positive behaviors, discourage negative behaviors and teach alternatives to problem behavior.
Dependency Case Management
Oversees the complete physical and emotional needs of children who are at risk of being removed or have already been removed from their homes due to abuse, abandonment or neglect.
Early Steps
Serves children ages birth through 3 who have significant delays or conditions that place them at risk for developmental delays. Provides families and caregivers with services to enhance children's development so they are ready to learn when they enter school. CHS provides case management, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, early intervention instruction, special equipment and annual assessments.

Infant Mental Health Services
These services strengthen the primary relationship between infants/toddlers and their most important caretakers by providing counseling to depressed mothers, and by helping with behavioral and emotional problems and trauma of infants and toddlers.
Substance Abuse Counseling and Out-Patient Program
Works to keep children in the home or assists in returning them home by offering drug and alcohol evaluations, weekly education and therapy groups, individual therapy sessions, and 24-hour on-call emergency substance abuse screenings.
