All proceeds from the event benefit Children’s Home Society of Florida (CHS), the state’s largest and most respected not-for-profit organization providing services to some of the First Coast’s most vulnerable children. A significant portion of the proceeds will be used to help fund CHS’ education liaison position, which coordinates all academic, educational and vocational services for residential children and teens, as well as serve as liaison with local schools.
“We believe the services provided by CHS are crucial to the well-being of our community’s children,” said Children’s Hope Alliance President Amy Warner. “We are proud to be a part of this great organization and are honored to support their efforts to create and strengthen First Coast families.”
Tickets are $40 in advance and $45 at the door. For more information regarding sponsorship and purchasing tickets, contact Myra Simmons at 904.493.7738.
CHS began in 1902 as an orphanage and, 109 years later, serves 2,500 children and families every day along the First Coast. CHS works to restore and strengthen families through its various programs and services such as adoption, foster care and child abuse prevention programs.
